If a complaint is about child protection, abuse or neglect, you must make a notification to the 24-hour Child Abuse Report Line on 13 14 78.
Complaints or grievances about a registered school must be made to the school and resolved in accordance with the school’s complaints-handling procedures.
You can find information on complaints about schools in s30 Education and Early Childhood Services (Registration and Standards) Act 2011 (SA).
