Vivienne is Professor in Law at Flinders University Law School where she researches and teaches in corporate law and governance, with focus areas in whistleblowing and social licence to operate. Vivienne is a recipient of an Australian Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning.
Vivienne is also an experienced Non-Executive Director, with current statutory board, ASX Listed and NFP appointments. She was a member of the Board of Seymour College 2010-2022.
Vivienne’s other roles currently include being Deputy Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Law Council of Australia’s Business Law Division and Immediate Past President of the Society of Corporate Law Academics. She is General Editor of the Australian Journal of Corporate Law. Vivienne has also appeared by invitation before Federal parliamentary inquiries, including on whistleblowing reform and writes regularly on related topics.
