National Quality Framework Annual Report 2022 released

ACECQA has released its NQF Annual Performance Report 2022, with areas of focus including:
- Children’s health and safety
- Educational program and practice
- Children from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds
- Workforce
- Service provider perceptions of the NQF
The most important objective of the National Quality Framework is ensuring the health and safety of children attending education and care services. The proportion of services rated Meeting NQS or above for Quality Area 2, Children’s health and safety, has increased to 92%, the highest since the introduction of the NQF in 2012.
