Annual fees due 15 August 2026

Approved providers will be able to access their 2026–27 annual fee invoices in the National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA ITS) from Wednesday 8 July 2026.

Under the Education and Care Services National Law, an annual fee is payable for each service approval held, including suspended services.

Invoices must be paid on or before Saturday 15 August 2026. Late payment may result in additional fees in line with the National Regulations.
