Complaints relating to schools

Complaints or grievances about a registered school must be made directly to the school and resolved in accordance with the school’s complaints handling procedures.

The Board is obliged under legislation to refer complaints regarding the delivery of educational services to the registered school.

Legislative information regarding complaints relating to schools may be found in the  Education and Early Childhoods Services (Registration and Standards) Act 2011 Sections 30 and 60.
