Have your say: inclusion of children with disability
On behalf of all governments, ACECQA is seeking the views of providers of early childhood and school-age education and care services about their knowledge, understanding and application of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (the DDA). This includes questions of access and participation by children with disability to education and care.
Feedback will inform the Australian Government’s 2020 review of the Disability standards for education 2005.
ACECQA would also like to hear about how children with disability are accessing and participating in ECEC/school-age education and care services, including examples of effective approaches to inclusive education and care.

Survey responses and written submissions will be accepted up until Wednesday 16 September 2020. ACECQA will publish a high level summary of stakeholder engagement findings in late 2020.
