Giving notice for A&Rs
It is a nationally agreed approach that, following receipt of the Quality Improvement Plan, a service will be given five working days’ notice before an assessment and rating visit.
While we try to be flexible, we are sometimes unable to give more notice than this.
Please be prepared for a visit after receiving notice that the assessment and rating process has begun.
