The Records Operations Coordinator is accountable to the Senior Manager, Corporate Services and Governance for:
- coordinating the day-to-day operational activities in relation to the ESB’s hard copy and electronic records management activities.
- the provision of expert advice to the Senior Manager, Corporate Services & Governance and contribution to meeting ESB’s legislative and governance responsibilities and objectives in relation to Records Management.
- Records Project Management as delegated.

- Annual performance agreement for the achievement of specific service or program outcomes
- Some out-of-hours work may be required
- The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Department of Communities and Social Inclusion Child-Related Employment Screening prior to being employed and regularly as required
- A current South Australian Driver’s License is a requirement.
Requirements
- Appropriate degree, diploma or other post secondary qualification in records management, information management or related fields. (Desirable)

This is a long term contract until 26 April 2019, working 22.5 hours per week (part-time).

The Applications Administration Officer is accountable to the Senior Authorised Officer (ECS Group Leader) for providing a range of services related to the receipting of applications that support the safety, wellbeing and development of children and promote continuous improvement in service quality.
The key responsibilities are to:
- Provide administrative support services to the Early Childhood Services team and the ESB as a whole in-line with objectives, identifying opportunities for streamlining where possible;
- Work as a member of a team within ECS, undertaking coordination of applications and related activities such as maintaining data bases and systems (National Quality Agenda Information Technology System (NQAITS), coordinating and/or undertaking records management and provision of administrative services arising from ECS activities and the National Quality Framework (NQF);
- Conducting, preparing and monitoring a range of communications and correspondence (letters, notices, emails, and telephone calls) and adhering to legislative timeframes, guidelines and instruction/direction;
- Contributing to the provision of an effective and efficient client focussed service;
- Provide support and assistance as required within other areas of ESB.

Requirements
- Experience in providing a range of general administrative support functions, including the effective use of computers for word processing and data entry, and the use of a range of computer software packages.
- Experience in utilising the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
